Everyone must register! Registration only $8 in advance, $10 at the gate. (Children 12 years old and under admitted free.)Combined registration and Friday evening dinner -- only $28 in advance, $30 if available after May 15, 2008. Limited to banquet hall capacity. Order in advance to save time and money. Dinner tickets are not sold separately. Advance ticket sale is MAIL ORDER and ON LINE ONLY. We are not able to accept telephoned credit card orders.
Advance sale starts February 15, 2008 and closes May 15, 2008. Orders received on or after that date will held at the RIT Inn & Conference Center hamfest reception desk for your pickup.
Registration tickets, dinner tickets and flea market parking permits may be purchased at the hamfest reception desk located in the lobby of the RIT Inn & Conference Center, 5257 West Henrietta Road, US Route 15. The reception desk will open at noon on Thursday, May 29 and will remain open throughout the weekend except for midnight hours. We are unable to accept credit card payment at the hotel reception desk or at the fairgrounds. Payment at those locations must be cash only.
Outdoor flea market vendor permits only $15 per 10' x 20' (200 sq. ft.) parking space - large enough for one car, in advance or at the gate. Every flea market vendor must hold a regular $10 registration ticket in addition to the flea market permit(s). Operators of large sport utility vehicles, trucks, trailers, and buses must purchase multiple flea market permits.
