Above is a highly detailed engineering drawing

On the left, two large parking areas are being developed. The wide
colored lines are paved roadways. The
diamond shaped area at the bottom of the drawing is the 1,000
space general parking area now paved, lined and lighted. The Dome
Center and Minett Hall are located immediately above the parking area.
Handicap parking and trailer/camper parking are in an area
to the right of the Dome building. Flea market operations
are not permitted in the handicap and trailer/camper parking
area. The outdoor flea market is now
located in the area south of Minett Hall and west of the
general parking area. The area at top
right is the location of the
former tail gate flea market. It is now the site of
a new Wegmans superstore under construction.
