The main entrance to parking at site of the Rochester Hamfest, the Monroe County Fairgrounds, is now from Calkins Road across from Lavender Cir.Everyone should use the Calkins Road entrance. Parking is free. Each person must purchase or have a ticket to enter the grounds. Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the gate. Prices are $10 for each person.
All commercial exhibitors must have a name tag along with a special parking pass. Those so credentialled will be permitted to park in the special exhibitor parking area. All exhibitors must have an exhibitor name tag -- or a regular $10 registration ticket. Tickets may be purchased at the gate.
Flea Market vendors must purchase or show their registration ticket at the gate then proceed to the outdoor tailgate flea market parking areas. Flea Market parking permits must be purchased or shown at the entrance.
Commercial exhibitors must obtain their name tags and parking passes from the hamfest receptionist in the lobby of the RIT Inn & Conference Center.
