Rochester Amateur Radio Association Academy

The goal of the RARA Academy is to introduce new hams to all the possibilities that await them as Amateurs. Emphasizing those that can be attempted quickly, with minimal effort and cost, so they can get a jump start as an active operator. It is our hope that the new ham will become excited and discover new facets of the hobby and stay active.
